Patrick is the Director of Mayaga Made Arts & Consultation, board member of the State Government Aboriginal Cultural Materials Committee, board member Big hART, board member Ngarluma Aboriginal Corporation and City of Karratha Arts & Cultural Advisory Group.

He is a Traditional Owner from the Ngarluma and Yindjibarndi Language Groups His natural ability and gift to translate stories through performance lead him to acting, working on stage productions with Australia’s leading campaigning arts organisation Big hART, most recently as lead performer and collaborater in Big hART’s new work in development Tjaabi-Flood Country.

To Patrick arts and culture is about connection and community. It’s a way of life and a sense of identity he also wishes to be a positive role model and mentor to family members and his community. He has a strong interest in finding solutions to the issues facing young people who may be considered “at risk”. In particular he hopes to influence government and local council policies and programs in this area and works to present and preserve his culture through the arts.
