Music Appreciation Concert
The Shire of Gingin hosted an evening of music featuring local acoustic artist Savanah Solomon, and Fremantle-based folk musician Jack Davies, as part of the 2022 Autumn Festival of Small Halls. To emphasise the value of this event, the Shire pre-purchased tickets to gift specifically to volunteers, youth and seniors from across the Shire.
“Those who attended thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There was laughing, tears and strengthening of bonds through the shared experience of enjoying music and storytelling. It was fantastic to see the community respond so positively to a new style of performance. It shows an appetite for quality art and new projects to be pursued by the Shire.”
