The Glow Show presented by Drug Aware
Regional Arts WA
A group of 18 young artists, the CircaSEA Troupe, collaborated with local Albany circus artists, arts workers, and stage technicians to develop their own circus show.
Together they choreographed the show under the guidance of Circus Artists Cassy Turner and Tristan Maitland, showcasing the work in two sold out performances.
“We think our project was successful because we sold out, had no injuries, learnt new things (including our circus skills as well as skills in arts administration and the process of grant writing) and had fun! Also, we had expressions of interest from other organisations to perform The Glow Show Presented by Drug Aware again in the future. We would love to tour and share our show with other communities!”
