Drug Aware Youth Activity Trailer
The Shire of Murray’s Youth Council engaged street artist collective the Graphite Crew to run an urban art workshop for young people to design and paint the Shire’s Youth Activity trailer.
The Shire of Murray received a donation of a community trailer from the Bendigo Community Bank Pinjarra. This trailer will hold items the Shire of Murray’s ‘youth kit’ and community groups will be able to borrow this trailer to run their own youth events for ages 11 – 25. The trailer will also contain support information from a variety of local support agencies as well as Drug Aware information which will be placed with the trailer when it goes out.
“The youth trailer will be an asset to the community. It was also good to have a activity for youth at this event as traditionally there isn’t much for that age group.”
