All in Good Time
All in Good Time was an original production devised and performed by young people through Southern Edge Arts in Albany, WA in the first half of 2013.
The performance retold personal histories of Albany characters through the mediums of puppetry, text, circus and dance. The project successfully achieved a number of objectives; providing young people with a high quality artistic opportunity to develop skills in multi performance mediums; supported a young Albany playwright, Liz Newell, through a mentorship with playwright Finegan Kruckemeyer; provided the opportunity for intergenerational sharing and connection through the exploration of Albany’s local history.

“The young people of Albany were given the opportunity to express themselves in the project and they expressed themselves artistically through the medium of performing arts. Liz Newell created a beautiful and moving script that was based on local history and the people who lived in Albany. It was a pleasure to give this opportunity to an emerging playwright and to develop the writing aspect of Albany”.
