Beverley is a town in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia.
Beverley Station Arts is a multi-purpose cultural precinct which is considered the heart of the arts community in the town. The Royalties for Regions Creative Regions program supports the organisation with their arts and cultural activities including the much anticipated Community Christmas Concert. Over 350 residents, visitors and local business owners attended this free event where they had a chance to socialise with friends and family.
Beverley Station Arts worked with the local primary school and provided a unique opportunity for students to sing with the community choir. Local businesses were also encouraged to be involved with the concert by providing refreshments during the event, promoting community involvement, inclusion and connectedness. It is through arts organisations like Beverley Station Arts, that Country Arts WA is able to help create more vibrant and liveable communities in the Wheatbelt region.
“Your group never ceases to amaze us with your professional yet fun events. This venue and Beverley Station Arts should truly be congratulated for what you bring to our community.”
