Regional Arts Policy Priority Survey

Regional Arts Policy Priority Survey

Gemma Robins

In 2015 the Western Australian State Government supported a $24 million investment in culture and arts in response to a clear demand from the regional arts sector, including key arts organisations such as Country Arts WA, whose Vote Arts campaign called for a tangible and public commitment to regional arts.

Currently Country Arts WA is developing a Regional Arts Policy Platform Paper, seeking a re-commitment of these funds and an increase in funding to address areas previously excluded, to build on areas that were underfunded and to address unmet need.

Please complete a survey to help Country Arts WA assess the impact and awareness of the current funding priorities and substantiate the future funding priorities of Western Australian regional communities.

Let’s make this Regional Arts Policy Platform Paper, the Foundations for the Future.
