THE ORGANISATION
University Theatres operates under the management of the University Club and oversees all of the live performance spaces of the University of Western Australia.
University Theatres welcomes a range of clients to our diverse and unique venues: professional producers, community groups, schools and University departments including Perth International Arts Festival and Perth International Comedy Festival.
THE JOB
The Production Manager manages all day-to-day operations of the Technical department. This includes:
Managing all aspects of our casual technical staff
Liaising with our many and diverse clients
Liaison with other University Theatres departments to ensure smooth operations
This position is a full time fixed term 2 year contract with the possibility of extending in the future.
THE CANDIDATE
The position will suit applicants with substantial experience of technical theatre and dance with an ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver great customer service to our clients.
