Noongar Country Exhibition | Call for Entries

Gemma Robins

Noongar Country is an annual exhibition hosted by Bunbury Regional Art Galleries, open to all Indigenous artists residing on Noongar Country. The exhibition invites senior artists, emerging artists and community groups to submit works on a chosen theme, to celebrate the talent and diversity of local Indigenous artists and their stories. Noongar Country offers artists the opportunity to extend their practice by interpreting a theme, exhibit their artwork for sale, and share in BRAG’s goal of promoting high quality Indigenous art to a contemporary audience.

This year’s theme is Koorah, Nitja, Boordawan (Past, Present, Future). Artists may interpret the theme in any way they desire.

For further information and to download the application form, please visit the Bunbury Regional Art Galleries website.

Entries close Monday 31 August.
