Inspiring the next generation of Western Australian creatives
Perth International Arts Festival is now inviting nominations for the next group of inspired young arts enthusiasts for the 2016 Young Creatives program. This select group of aspiring arts professionals will gain unique industry insight through individually tailored programs of behind-the-scenes engagements with Festival artists, technicians and curators.
Previous participants in this program have gained experience as part of Festival production teams, interviewed internationally renowned writers and observed professional performers at work. Many have gone on to exciting opportunities, studying and working in their chosen field.
This opportunity allowed me to further my experience in the field I am most passionate about – sound engineering. I am now furthering my studies with a diploma in sound because of my amazing experience with Perth International Arts Festival. Jake Tomlinson, Mindarie Senior College
