Artist in Residence Program | CHILD AND ADOLESCENT HEALTH SERVICES

Child and Adolescent Health Services (CAHS) is pleased to announce its 2015 Artist in Residence (AIR) Program that is based at Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) for children in Subiaco, Perth Western Australia.

Artists are invited to submit an expression of interest to participate in this innovative and rewarding program which offers a maximum payable fee of $25,000 inclusive of artist fees and material costs for delivery over 16 weeks throughout November 2015 to April 2016.

This project is proudly funded by the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and their funding partners.

Currently in its fourth year the Artist in Residence Program has been of great benefit to patients, family and friends offering a positive distraction to being in the hospital environment and to use art to positively influence their health and wellbeing. The Artist will have access to a studio on site at Princess Margaret Hospital and is paid a fee for delivery of creative workshops to patients and families at the Princess Margaret Hospital.
