The Next Level Arts Worker Fellowship allows regional arts organisations to apply for $8,000 towards a professional development opportunity for a young local arts worker aged between 18-26 years old, to help them to develop skills and kickstart their career.
The chosen organisation will host the young person and provide them with mentoring and training to help them gain experience and build their career in regional WA.
The program aims to nurture emerging talent, strengthen regional arts communities, and create career opportunities for a young arts worker.
